ROSS CROUCH GENTLEMAN SPORTSMAN.   It is with great sadness that I write this, Following a Tragic Road traffic accident late on Sunday Evening/Monday Morning on the 18th/19th May. Ross was tragically killed. Mere words cannot express the feelings of all the people who knew him. Ross was a model footballer and club player who always played as a gentleman, which he also carried out in his private life and career.   I only knew Ross for a relatively short time but considered him a close friend; he brought to the dressing room a quality of professionalism rarely seen at this level. I am sure all who read this will take a few minutes to think of Ross’s family and close friends, and judging by the tributes laid at the memorial Ross had many good friends and colleagues.
